2. Freelancer.com Debit Card or payoneer mastercard: With payoneer debit card you can withdraw money from an atm machine in Pakistan or use it for online shopping though it is a bit costly. (No bank account required).

Ans. Here is step by step procedure to work at freelancer.com
1. Go to http://www.freelancer.com/users/signup.php and complete registration.
2. Select free plan.
3. Skip Add a Verified Payment Method.
4. Log in to email address that you used in sign up. Open email sent by freelancer.com and click on verify your email address. (This step is necessary. You will not be able to bid on projects without verifying your email).
5. Upload a profile picture.
6. Update your skills.
